Who we are

Puhelo is a product of Agenton Oy, a company registered in Helsinki, Finland. We build voice-to-text tools for anyone who wants to speak faster than they type — in any language. You can reach us at [email protected].

What we collect

Account data. When you sign up, we collect your email address and the date you registered. Nothing else.

Audio. When you use Puhelo, your voice is sent to our transcription servers to be converted to text. Audio is processed in real time and is never stored. We do not retain recordings.

Usage data. We collect basic, anonymous usage statistics — how often the app is used, error rates, performance metrics. No personally identifiable information is included.

How we use it

We use your data solely to provide and improve the Puhelo service. We do not sell your data. We do not use your audio to train AI models. We do not share your data with third parties except where required to operate the service (e.g. our hosting provider).

Where data is processed

All data is processed within the European Union. Our servers are located in Finland and the EU. We do not transfer data outside the EEA.

Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

This website uses no tracking cookies. We use a single session cookie for authentication when you are logged in to the app. No third-party analytics or advertising cookies are used.

Changes

If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you by email. Continued use of Puhelo after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
